WHS where flamingos reside in the wild. The occurrence must be consistent (so 'always' or seasonally each year) and current.

Everglades Pink flamingos historically lived in the Everglades, but they were hunted to extinction. Since 2014, a small flock (believed to include wild members) sometimes visits in March/April.
Galapagos Islands Galapagos is home to a small population of a few hundred (American) flamingos.
Ibiza At Ses Salines (Formentera): "Between August and October hundreds of Flamingo arrive to spend the winter on the island."
Ichkeul National Park "The Ichkeul lake and wetland are a major stopover point for hundreds of thousands of migrating birds, such as ducks, geese, storks and pink flamingoes" (UNESCO description)
Kenya Lake System The Kenya Lake System is the single most important foraging site for the Lesser Flamingo in the world with about 1.5 million individuals moving from one lake to the other (OUV Crit X)
Lake Turkana Flamingos here are found in a small circular crater lake known as lake flamingo.

Ngorongoro "Ngorongoro Crater inhabits a considerable population of pink flamingos, with hundreds of thousands of flamingos found in the park"

Peninsula Valdes Southern Flamingo (Phoenicopterus Chilensis) - "Salina Chica is the natural habitat of Artemia Salina, a crustacean that lays its eggs when the water begins to evaporate, waiting for new rains to flood the salt lakes. This crustacean gives a pink hue to the salt lakes and attracts flamingos that come to feed."
Saloum Delta "Other notable bird species occurring in the DDS include Lesser and Greater Flamingo" (IUCN AB ev)
Sanganeb "Several large and charismatic species were observed including the Goliath heron, spoonbills, flamingos" (2006, see link)
