Specify the Institution performing the dig and, where possible, a web site or link to up-to-date information. Sites where only the evaluation of previous excavated finds has been taking place are excluded

Chinchorro Culture Studies of Chinchorro archaeological sites at the mouth of the Camarones River have been carried out as a result of research initiatives initiated at the end of the fifties and continue to this day, motivated by different research aims that intend to reveal the presence of the territory's intense occupation. Southern Öland Sandy Borg (2010 to present) Dept. of Museum Archaeology/Kalmar County Museum, The Linnéaus University and Stockholm University.
Stone Town of Zanzibar Archaelogical digs in the Old Fort led by the UAE in 2022 to investigate the origins of the Stone Town. A further expedition is planned in January 2023.
Xanthos-Letoon University Laval Quebec (Canadian Epigraphic Mission) Reports up to 2010.
