Railway Complex and English Village of Sapucai is part of the Tentative list of Paraguay in order to qualify for inclusion in the World Heritage List.

The Railway Complex and English Village of Sapucai represent a 19th century station where steam locomotive trains were repaired and constructed. It is still in use. The railway technology also stimulated the development of the people in the area. The houses of the English Village were built for British railway engineers.
