The Vishaps and the Cultural Landscape of Tirinkatar is part of the Tentative list of Armenia in order to qualify for inclusion in the World Heritage List.
The Vishaps and the Cultural Landscape of Tirinkatar comprise a mountainous area where over 100 stone stelae depicting animals are found. Tirinkatar is the main archaeological site, a sanctuary dating from the prehistoric period but still an active site of pilgrimage.
