Archeological Site Naranjo Sa’aal is part of the Tentative list of Guatemala in order to qualify for inclusion in the World Heritage List.

The Archeological Site Naranjo Sa’aal comprises the remains of a regional Mayan kingdom. Its urban center features nine Triadic Complexes and a hieroglyphic stairway. The site is also known for the hieroglyphic texts of its 50 stelae, a historical library that also provided information about other Mayan kingdoms.
