The Pre-Hispanic Hydraulic System of the San Jorge River is a formidable landscape transformation that has been executed with the use of only rudimentary tools by the ZenĂș people. Artificial channels and ridges control the flood zone in the drainage system of the San Jorge River, the largest of South America.
