Temples at Bishnupur is part of the Tentative list of India in order to qualify for inclusion in the World Heritage List.

The Temples at Bishnupur comprise a large number of 17th century Hindu temples. The temples were crafted from the local laterite and brick. The temples are covered with terracotta tiles depicting scenes from the epic Mahabharata.
