Persepolis and other relevant buildings
Persepolis was the ceremonial capital of the Achaemenid Empire (c. 550–330 BC).
This proposal seeks to extend the site to the whole Persepolis ensemble, in addition to the already inscribed platform. This includes the sacred mount of Mehr (Rahmat), the Royal mausoleums in Naghsh-e Rajab and the city of Estakhr.
