Harra Protected Area

Harra Protected Area is part of the Tentative list of Iran in order to qualify for inclusion in the World Heritage List.

The Harra Protected Area comprises a mangrove reserve in the Persian Gulf. It is an important breeding area for birds. Green turtle, Finless porpoise, Hump-back dolphin and common dolphin are also seen.
