I o̶w̶n̶ ̶a̶ ̶w̶e̶l̶l̶n̶e̶s̶s̶ ̶c̶e̶n̶t̶e̶r̶ ̶a̶n̶d̶ practice Structural Integration in C̶o̶l̶o̶r̶a̶d̶o̶,̶ ̶F̶l̶o̶r̶i̶d̶a̶,̶ ̶a̶n̶d̶ Brasil.

I value fresh simple foods from the land, a return to community , hand-made, un-plugged, artisan, permaculture lifestyle. It is my challenge to integrate or balance this modern lifestyle with what the earth needs.

But I also love dark alleyways, kooky folk-art, graffiti, working-class and cosmopolitan nightlife, experimental theater, dancing until dawn, street biking and up cloudy mountain peaks.

I live in Brazil aiming to master Forró and working with indigenous plant-medicine knowledge in community rituals to create and touch the divine
