Djerdap National Park

Djerdap National Park is part of the Tentative list of Serbia in order to qualify for inclusion in the World Heritage List.

Djerdap National Park includes the Djerdap Canyon (“Iron Gate”), forged by the Danube. The canyon is the longest fissure in Europe. The area is further known for its plant species diversity.
