Connections for Bawomataluo Site
Bawomataluo is a traditional hill-top housing complex (kampong) with 500 houses and common facilities. The settlement on the island of Nias dates from the 18th century. Megaliths are found at a funerary site and stand in front of the houses; they are said to be connected to religious rituals.
