Grenadines Island Group

Grenadines Island Group is part of the Tentative list of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines in order to qualify for inclusion in the World Heritage List.

The Grenadines Island Group is a transboundary proposal by St. Vincent and Grenada. Included are 13 islands belonging to St. Vincent and the Grenadines. They are known for their pre-Columbian history, Garifuna culture and rich marine habitat including coral reefs.

Grenadines Island Group (T) by Michael Novins

I visited the Grenadines in February 2010. Bequia Express and Admiralty Transport run frequent daytime ferries on the hour long trip from Kingstown to Port Elizabeth, Bequia.
