Badah-lin and associated caves
Badah-lin and associated caves is part of the Tentative list of Myanmar in order to qualify for inclusion in the World Heritage List.
Badah-lin and associated caves comprise an archeological site where stone tools and rock paintings have been found that show the transition from Paleolithic to Neolithic in South East Asia. There are two caves: a rock shelter and a larger cave with nine chambers connected by narrow passages. Red ochre paintings of human hands, fish, bulls, bison, deer and other objects can be seen at the rock shelter.
