Padmanabhapuram Palace

Padmanabhapuram Palace is part of the Tentative list of India in order to qualify for inclusion in the World Heritage List.

Padmanabhapuram Palace is a 16th century wooden palace of the former Maharajas of Travancore. The palace complex, comprising several buildings, shows the traditional timber architecture of South India. The four-storeyed central mansion also has rich Hindu murals.
