Esrefoglu Mosque is part of the Tentative list of Turkey in order to qualify for inclusion in the World Heritage List.

Esrefoglu Mosque is the biggest, best preserved wooden columned and roofed mosque in Islamic World. The complex also comprises a tomb, caravanserai and a Turkish bath. It dates from the 13th century and was built in the Seljuk tradition.
