Any chance that a non-physical location such as Wikipedia would ever have a chance at becoming a World Heritage Site?

Maybe UNESCO Memory of the World? I wouldn't think it would ever be listed as a "site," however. But what do I know! Maybe we'll be navigating the halls of the Wikipedia Museum in VR someday.
