This is clearly not true and UNESCO should be ashamed of itself for this lie.
This is a sad document that spreads partial facts and misinformation, but instead of suspending activities the Israeli government should reflect why they routinely are in the minority when it comes to UNESCO or UN decisions. I hope Israel stays active in the UNESCO program, I wish the same for Palestine.

After the last crisis in October Israel suspended its contact with Unesco which means no new nominations will be brought forward until the diplomatic crisis is dealt with. Now there are some undergoing negociations.
