Outstanding universal value / comparative analysis: Moscow Metro is a more than just another Metro not because of any particular engineering aspects but because of the circumstances in which it was originally built under Stalinism and the mixture of idealism and totalitarianism which it represents - demonstrated in the designs of its most ornate stations. These are "baroque" in their splendour and are totally "of their time" and culture.

I support. Here I would say, as there are absolutely no examples of Communist monumental architecture on the whs list, that another more 'building oriented' site may be suitable in addition to the metro. But the Metro is still great.
