I'd like to propose a site for Puerto Rico, but officially that's US and not Central or South America. What is your opinion on that?

I'd be fine with that. I already seconded a proposal from the Netherlands.

That does look like cool architecture for a library! For a slightly older library (the oldest in the Americas, in fact), I really enjoyed the Biblioteca Palafoxiana in Puebla (and part of the World Heritage Site) when I visited Mexico a couple years ago.

I've visited it as well and really enjoy. I love libraries!
