Could "French Global Influence" be a new connection ? I select those sites because I believe there was a French impact in their history or architecture. Only foreign sites outside France. Have you got another ideas of site which could enter in this category ? (sorry but I don't speak English very well lol, thank you).

We already have "Founded by France" (Quebec, Sao Luis and St Louis) and "French (Formal) Gardens" connections but you have raised some interesting new ones - but they weren't necessarily "founded" by France so we can't just add them there. The format we have used for the influence of other nationalities outside their current boundaries is "Built or owned by...." Perhaps create one of these for France as well and subsume "Founded by" within it together with most of your other suggestions?
Were the Panama buildings built by the French at the time of de Lesseps?

Is the Aranjuez connection anything more than the gardens?

I've changed this into a new connection: "Built or Owned by French". Would like to know of any clear references to significant French influence in Luxembourg and Panama Viejo however.
