Regarding the Tour and the WHS of Madriu-Perefita in Andorra
We were in Andorra a few years ago at the same time as La Vuelta and I can confirm that its route took it along roads which are inscribed as part of the infamous "panhandle" part of the inscribed area since they cross the inscribed "Cami de la Muntanya" which leads from the valley to the mountains . Stage 15 of the 2021 Tour finished in Andorra la Vella but I can confirm that it did NOT go along any road crossed by the Cami. I don't know about the routes of any earlier Tours visiting Andorra.

I realized after the fact I missed one more link for the 2021 Tour de France:

Canal du Midi: Tour de France 2021, Stage 13
(Source)

I've finished reviewing the 2020 Tour de France. Here are some more links (including a more recent crossing of Chaîne des Puys):

Nice: Tour de France 2020, Stage 1
Causses and Cévennes: Tour de France 2020, Stage 6
Chaîne des Puys: Tour de France 2020, Stage 13
Lyon: Tour de France 2020, Stage 14

Good to know; looking at the map, I hadn't thought it crossed either, but it is good to have confirmation. Thanks!
