It seems we have missed some more:
In 2003 Parque del Este (Rep. Dominican)
was recommended a not-inscribe as a mixed site and withdrawn.
It was therefore belongs to the FTWHS list. Some of it was renominated under cultural criteria only within Arte rupestre prehispanica TWHS.
At the same session (2003) a natural extension to St Catherine (Egypt)
was recommended a not-inscribe and withdrawn.
At the same session (2003) the now dismantled bridge over the Yenissei (Russia)
was proposed for an emergency nomination and rejected on the grounds that although OUV is recognised there is no such emergency. Little did they know...https://whc.unesco.org/archive/2003/whc03-27com-inf08a-adde.pdf
Similarly in 2003 Franja partisan hospital (Slovenia)
was recommended a rejection by ICOMOS and withdrawn.https://whc.unesco.org/archive/2003/whc03-27com-inf08ae.pdf
We should continue digging into the AB recommendations. We are definitely going to find more such cases of previously withdrawn TWHS after a not-inscribe recommendation.
