Aah, cute! Did you upload a profile picture as well?
Remarkable that he has been allowed into a Corbusier site...

From memory we carried him inside Petit Villa du lac Leman and also the Unite d'Habitation in Marseille. I can't recall if they let him in Villa Savoye (I don't think we even asked), and we didn't end up going inside Maison Guiette or Immeuble Carte.

That reminds me though - we chatted to the director of operations (??) or something at the Petit Villa, and he said an apartment inside Immeuble Carte had been purchased by their foundation I think and they were intending to eventually open it as a museum or exhibition type thing as part of the World Heritage site. Apologies I'm so vague on the details, this was a conversation I've just remembered from over a year ago!

Joel - No I'm pretty sure he didn't come in Petit Villa, but he visited Unite d'Habitation with us. None of us could go inside, including him, as one of the elevators was out of order and it was residents only. But he did go for a run in the fenced dog park for the apartment building, so I counted it! ;-) With Villa Savoye, I think we could have taken him in the garden section, but we didn't try.

Els - I can't get the upload of a profile photo to work. I just tried it again but no luck.

The upload is fairly sensitive when it comes to picture size... Try to convert downwards before uploading. Otherwise > Backlog threat ;)

Most famous German quote ever: After the match is before the match. Or in our case the meetup.

We have floated a few ideas in Bulgaria. One offer was by Iain to host the meetup in Edinburgh. With plenty of WHS of what is currently called the UK in the proximity this could be nice venue. Edinburgh itself is rated fairly high.

One addon to a meetup in Scotland could be to organize a trip to St Kilda the week prior/afterwards for those with more time. This as part of the meetup would be fairly difficult as getting to the harbour from the ferry leaves is already quite laborious. And departures hinge on the weather conditions.

Alternatively we could follow the previous years approach and try to find an unvisited hotspot for the greatest amount of travellers. Personally, though, I would prefer to have at least one true highlight (e.g. Edinburgh).

Anyhow, nice meeting everyone in Bulgaria!

It's actually an error - the first photo upload on the profile page does not set photo = 1

Have put it in manually now and there is the dog!
