Good! And a little-reviewed one as well (4 years since the previous review)

Visited Jiaohe Ancient City component of Silk Roads today and Bogda (Xinjiang Tianshan) mountain tomorrow. Will have them reviewed in coming days.

Thanks Els! Will add a photo but will need to compress it to abide by the requirement.

Community members are travelling like maniacs at the moment, but the number of reviews is falling behind again. If you're quick, your review can still make it onto the Saturday batch. Just sayin... (Dennis & Tsunami for example still have some drafts pending that need to be finalized...)

You've got that right. Right now, all I want to do is sleep, but I have 150 km of cycling today to get to the next WHS tomorrow. It will be a lower-tier site, and it's supposed to be raining by then, so probably no review for this one.... Sleep.

After having a reservoir of reviews to deal with during the past months, it has now dried up. So new reviews are more than welcome!

Another call for new reviews, the backlog has dried up again - I can imagine that you haven't seen many new WHS over the past 3 months, but things are opening up again (at least in Europe) and it is also always interesting to read a report of a trip made in the past (as Tsunami did today).

@els: maybe nice to have a list of sites that warrant reviews? right now it's only least reviewed that we recommend. but i noticed some sites have many poor and old reviews. could be a point to query for sites where a fresh voice could help?

i will finish in my last Australia review before Monday. And some more from my last trip are due.

I wrote a few lately and will probably keep it going soon.
I was wondering if anyone had feedback regarding my reviews. Do you find them interesting or relevant? Any constructive comment would be welcomed. :)

I'm enjoying your South American reviews, FredericM. The Huascaran one, which is your most recent, was very comprehensive in the options for one day tours to see the park (truly a treasure — I should have spent more time there!). I also find site reviews from reviewer's home countries to be fascinating, since they can provide a different perspective than an outsider may have, particularly in explaining the value of the site to the home country.

That is a thing that I have always thought about in the case of my own reviews. I think some kind of feedback feature or function would be great in reviews: maybe own thumbs up, some kind of rating, or possibility to comment. At least a comment section would be great because a review can raise some questions. It would be more rewarding if a reviewer could see if her/his review has some effect or relevance among our community.

We have the yearly feedback by Els post on "Year in Review". But that is rather high level and only way I made the cut was hiking Laponia in Sneakers :)

I am not a fan of disliking posts. Every post is valuable and Els already filters out what is substandard. Likes could also be a weird currency. To me, we have the whatsapp group and the forum for shoutouts. Maybe we should create a sticky forum post for positive feedback on reviews? Or I was thinking on allowing comments on reviews.
