We previously had confirmed these 19 nominations for 2021. Based on what Jonathanfr posted, we know the final number is 22 total nominations. We did not have information on 3 natural nominations. I suppose it might take some digging and time before we know which natural nominations were submitted.

winterkjm:
We did not have information on 3 natural nominations.

We can start the deduction with the assumption that those 3 are from different countries than those that have already nominated a cultural site for 2021 (as only 1 nomination is allowed).

From the ones I had on the 2021 page, these could be:
Hin Nam (Laos) (extension to Phong Nha Ke Bang)
Mountain Ecosystems of Koytendag (Turkmenistan) (deferred a few years ago but still active)
Mt. Mantalingahan Protected Landscape (Philippines)
Ivindo (Gabon)

To get to 22, we're still one cultural site short?

We had 19 above, plus now Ivindo and the Beech Forests extension.

Maybe a Referral from 2019 (Danube Limes)?

Update for Porticoes of Bologna:
http://www.comune.bologna.it/news/candidatura-portici-unesco-nuovi-tratti

Following the inspection by ICOMOS in September 2020, the proposal of the Porticoes of Bologna was extended to include additional locations, among them the entire Piazza Maggiore.
This seems also to indicate that ICOMOS would recommend inscription.
