Solivagant, I agree with your argument. The reason I thought it might be worthwhile to have this Out of Race list is to see which sites we seem to agree on already should not be shortlisted. We shouldn't necessarily spend time explaining why each of the sites did not get our support (although we can of course). Therefore, I try to include sites on this list for which there is barely any support at all. For those sites that have at least two members in favour we can further discuss if they are worthy or not. We can also try to "save" sites that had no support if you argue in favour of one of them and convince other members. Isn't that more or less what you are after?
