so the idea of "Transborder Rainforest Heritage of Borneo" between Malaysia and Indonesia is canceled?

Who knows? This leaves only 1 site in Malaysia's Tentative List, I expect an update soon.

Yikes, that is the two biggest sites in Belarus taken off. I hope they just rebrand Brest Fortress and Minsk, as I think they would be interesting proposals.

These are the identified countries that we can reasonably expect some form of action being taken on their tentative list in 2014-2015. It will be interesting to see what actually is submitted to UNESCO.
Quite a few of our speculation and research on the development of tentative lists have come to pass. I suppose a few more might be added before the WHC.
