University of Tehran (02/02/2017) Iran (Islamic Republic of)

That one peaked my interest. I wonder if some members of the Iranian Heritage Ministry studied there. As it looks fairly unremarkable to me, except for a nice concrete gateway.

Also there was a pretty bold claim in the description
Description:
Tehran University is the first center for higher education in Iran that was founded in 1934 and is one of the oldest universities all around the world.

Some back of the fag packet maths indicates that there are at least 70 Universities in the World that are half a Millennium older than it. Even the nomination names three other already inscribed universities all of which are predate it (Coimbra by a mere 640 years)

I think that one may just be there to appease some people in the ministry.

The Colonial Transisthmian Route of Panamá (Ruta Colonial Transístmica de Panamá)

Looks like Panama has found a way out its Panama Viejo dilemma - hide the problem under a new serial site which include both Panama City bits, Portobelo and San Lorenzo too, and some routes inbetween.
