News on Panamá's extension of Panama Viejo and Casco Histórico site to include Portobelo (don't know it will be a double count of Portobelo, or this site will be absorbed) and the rests of two colonial-era roads that linked both cities. As all may know, this move intends to re-focus Panama City's site on trans-ithsmic trade rather than on the approach from the Pacific, after the construction of the Cinta Costera highway. The article/ interview states that the dossier will be presented to UNESCO on early 2018, in time for 2019 WHC.

For the cross-border space Maritime-Mercantour yes, but not necessarily for the mont blanc massif.

Official nomination from Russia

Monuments of Ancient Pskov (Russia)

"Pskov documents will be considered in Paris until February 2 next year. If technical parameters satisfy the specialists, in 2018 they will pass to the stage of expert study of monuments, that is, they will come to Pskov. They will consider not only the objects themselves, but also the environment in which they are located. If this stage is successful, the Monuments of Ancient Pskov have a chance to get on the World Heritage List in 2019."

The Cenotes are back in the news again, said to aim for 2018 but that will probably mean 2019:

"It is expected that in 2018 Unesco make a resolution regarding whether to incorporate or not the ring of cenotes in the list of mankind's heritage."

Ring of Cenotes of Chicxulub Crater, Yucatan (Mexico)
