More indications Neolithic sites in France (Carnac) will be submitted in 2017, for the 2018 WHC.

Since India considers 4 candidates for 2017 probably one of them will make it to 2018 and another to 2019 (with one slot already taken for 2018). This is all assuming the new operational guidelines limiting member states to one submission a year will not come into force yet.

2018 might be the first year where the new operational guidelines are followed. This would mean 25 candidates and one submission per state country. According to our current information we have 24 submissions, but the following countries would have more than one submission:
China (2), France (5), Austria (2), Italy (2), Germany (2), Spain (2).
